  • Property owner information — if you partner with us, details about you and your property necessary to provide management services.
  • Usage and device information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve our property management and guest services.
  • Send transactional and support communications, including SMS text messages you have opted in to.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

3. Mobile Information & SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (such as customer service or messaging delivery providers) is permitted solely to help us deliver the messages you requested. All other categories of use exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to our text messaging program, we use your mobile number only to send the messages described at the time of opt-in (booking confirmations, check-in/out instructions, stay support, and property information). As noted above, mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
